Pioneers, who have a good idea and want to share insights with other Design Thinkers, are welcome to send us a proposal until March 31st. You might be eager to offer a workshop, a course, a discussion session, or a keynote presentation.

We are open to all kinds of subjects in the field of Design Thinking – whether prototyping tools, innovation processes, creative spaces or whatever topic is interesting to you. In particular, we place special emphasis on interactive formats where innovative methods and tools are used.

Discussion panel

Discussion panels include a speech from 3 to 5 speakers (maximum 5 minutes each) followed by a debate animated by a journalist. Each panel lasts no more than an hour.

  • Visibility: the d.event is a unique platform to network and exchange ideas about Design Thinking on an international level.

  • Material: if needed, we will provide basic Design Thinking material as well as standard media and technology tools you will need for your performance.

  • Inspiration: a highly enthusiastic, motivated audience of about 1,000 participants from all around France will be looking forward to your ideas.

  • Fun: the spirit of the d.event will be unique – with a diverse program, excellent food, music, and a special atmosphere.

  • Free entry: people responsible for running the session gain free access to the event (along with 3 guests each)

From 16 to 17th of May, the d.event will take place for the fourth time at the oldest French engineering school founded in 1747, Ecole des Ponts, and will be celebrating innovation and Design Thinking.
About 1,000 participants and about 20 speakers from different companies and nations are expected.
On their two-day journey, participants will experience a wide range of activities such as presentations, exhibitions, discussions, workshops.
The d.event is a unique conference and brings together international innovators and multidisciplinary thinkers from management, education, and research.
